On Friday, April 12th, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman of Bende Local Government Area Chief Ejiofor Ogbonnaya Okeudo was laid to rest in a solemn ceremony attended by various dignitaries and party leaders. 

The burial ceremony was officiated by Rev Nwokeocha Onyeije of The Church of God in Christ (COGIC) Aba Parish.

The burial ceremony was a somber occasion, as friends, family, and colleagues gathered to pay their final respects to the departed chairman.

One of the notable figures in attendance was the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, who was represented by the Federal Commissioner for the National Population Commission in Abia State, Hon. Emma Trump Eke. 

The presence of such a high-ranking official at the burial ceremony underscored the importance and significance of the late chairman within the political landscape of the state.

Another prominent figure at the burial ceremony was High Chief Ikechi Emenike, who came to pay his last respects to the departed chairman. High Chief Emenike's presence at the ceremony was a testament to the impact and influence that the late chairman had within the community and the late chairman APC party.

The Abia State APC Chairman, Chief Kingsley Ononogbu, was also in attendance at the burial ceremony, along with other party leaders. Their presence at the ceremony highlighted the unity and solidarity within the APC party, as they came together to honor and remember their fallen comrade.

Overall, the burial ceremony of the APC Bende LGA Chairman was a poignant and emotional event, as friends, family, and colleagues gathered to bid farewell to a respected and beloved leader.

The presence of high-ranking officials and party leaders at the ceremony underscored the importance and impact that the late chairman had within the political sphere. May his soul rest in peace.
