I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Victor Ukaogo, Lady Phyl Ikwegbu, and Dr. Ogwo Okechukwu Kalu on their recent appointments as members of the governing councils of prestigious educational institutions in Nigeria.
Prof. Ukaogo has been appointed as a member of the governing council of the Federal University of Technology Minna, Niger State, Lady Ikwegbu as a member of the governing council of Polytechnic Ile Oluji, and Dr. Kalu as a member of the governing council of the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas in Bonny Rivers State.
These appointments are a testament to the dedication, expertise, and leadership qualities that each of these individuals possesses.
Prof. Ukaogo, Lady Ikwegbu, and Dr. Kalu have all demonstrated a commitment to excellence in their respective fields, and I have no doubt that they will bring the same level of dedication and passion to their new roles on the governing councils of these esteemed institutions.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the facilitator of these appointments, Rt Hon Benjamin Okezie Kalu, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.
His support and guidance have been instrumental in ensuring that these deserving individuals were selected for these important positions.
As a member of the academic community, I am confident that Prof. Ukaogo, Lady Phil and Dr. Ogwo will make significant contributions to the governance and development of their respective institutions.
Their wealth of knowledge and experience will undoubtedly benefit the students, faculty, and staff of these institutions, and I look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have in their new roles.
