...........𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒚 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒌𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒐𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏  On Saturday, April 27th, 2024, a joyous occasion was celebrated in the northern region of Nigeria as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Benjamin Okezie Kalu, paid a visit to Kano State.  The purpose of this visit was to congratulate the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, and the Emir of Bichi, Alhaji Dr. Nasir Ado Bayero, on the marriage of their children.  The deputy speaker was accompanied by some esteemed colleagues from the House of Representatives as well as members of the Peace In South East Project (PISE-P) team. The visit of the deputy speaker to Kano State is a significant event that showcases the spirit of unity in diversity that is deeply embedded in the Nigerian culture.  It is a true testament to the strength of our nation and the harmonious coexistence of its people.
