On Wednesday, a momentous occasion took place as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Benjamin Okezie Kalu amongst other dignitaries, witnessed the commissioning of the Outer Northern Expressway by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
