On Wednesday evening, a historic event took place at the State House in Abuja, as Rt Hon Benjamin Kalu, the deputy speaker of the house of representatives, alongside the esteemed leadership of the House led by Speaker Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas Ph.D., joined President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for an Iftar dinner.
This gathering was a testament to the unity and camaraderie among Nigeria's top political leaders, as they came together to break bread and break barriers.
The Iftar dinner, also known as the breaking of the fast, is a traditional meal that marks the end of the daily fast during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
