In his goodwill remarks, on behalf of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, for his recent initiative to empower hundreds of his constituents through a poultry farming training program.  This program has provided a significant opportunity for the people of Bende to improve their livelihoods and create sustainable sources of income. The poultry farming training program, organized by Rt. Hon.
