Did you know that Samuel Chukwueze Chimerenka is from umuahia?

Born in ugba ibeku in umuahia north L.G.A of Abia state Nigeria on 22nd of May 1999. He has two younger siblings a boy and a girl, he is the first child and his mum is a nurse and an evangelist. He was born and trained in a Christian family. 

He attended Government College Umuahia and finished his secondary school years at Evangel Isiochi.

In his youth career he first played for Future Hope FA Under 8 and Under 10 then he moved to New Generation FA before joining Diamond Football Academy in 2012.

In 2013 he traveled to Spain to compete in IBER CUP 2013 competition Under 14 where he ended up being the highest goal scorer with 11 goals and lifting the trophy as well.

In Diamond Football Academy he won. The most Valuable Player and also the MVP in MCL cup competition. He has the highest free kick conversion rate in DFA and has never missed a penalty before.

In 2015 he won the FIFA U17 world Cup in Chile and also the bronze boot with 3 goals in 7 appearance.

In 2018 he joined Villarreal B having 4 goals in 20 appearance and later promoted to the tier team in the same year. He made his first debut in an Europa Cup Competition.

In the same 2018 he was among the super Eagles of nigeria that ended in the third place competition in the African Cup of Nations.
In 2019 he won the NFF Young Male player of the year, He was also awarded with the Best breakout player for 2018-2019 Campaign for Villarreal FC.
